Olúpané zemiaky nakrájame na rovnako veľké kúsky. Očistené a nakrájané huby na tenšie plátky, orestujeme dozlata na nepriľnavej panvici, zalejeme vodou, pridáme zemiaky, okoreníme, osolíme a varíme domäkka. Zemiaky potom v polievke roztlačíme. Polievku zahustíme jogurtom, pokvapkáme octom a ochutíme kôprom. Zvlášť si uvaríme vajcia natvrdo, studené ho rozkrájame na kocky a dáme na dno taniera a zalejeme polievkou.
