Cibuľa0.5 kus
Cesnak0.5 strúčik
Olej olivový1 ml
Orechy vlašské0.25 hrsť
Chilli paprička0.25 kus
Soľ1 štipka
Čierne korenie1 štipka
Lučina25 g
Korenie kari1 štipka
Zemiaky batáty varené bez šupky80 g
Koriander vňať0.5 hrsť

Všimli ste si v obchodoch tie podivné veľké červenkasté zemiaky? Ak ste sa s nimi už stretli, určite viete, že majú žiarivú oranžovú farbu. Túto farbu spôsobuje obsah karotenoidov. Možno ale neviete, že práve batáty patria k najvýživnejším druhom zeleniny vôbec.

 

Batáty umyte (1/2 batátu na 1 porciu), ošúpať ich nemusíte. Ďalej si opražte cibuľku. K cibuľke pridajte nasekaný cesnak, kari pastu a nechajte chvíľku opekať.

 

Pridajte batáty, soľ, čierne korenie, premiešajte a zalejte vodou alebo zeleninovým vývarom tak, aby boli batáty ponorené. Varte do mäkka približne 10 až 15 minút.

 

Do polievky rozdrobte Lučinu a všetko rozmixujte na hladký krém. Ak je polievka príliš hustá, zrieďte ju vodou a nechajte ešte prejsť varom. Na koniec dochuťte polievku soľou, čiernym korením a ak ho máte radi, môžete pridať aj chilli.

 

 

Polievku servírujte posypanú koriandrom a nasekanými praženými orieškami.
