Karfiol300 g
Soľ1 štipka
Muškátový oriešok mletý1 g

Zeler nakrájaný na kocky a karfiol rozobratý na menšie ružičky dáme piecť na papieri na pečenie do rúry predhriatej na 220 °C na dobu 20 minút. Po upečení preložíme do hrnca, zalejeme vodou tak, aby bola všetka zelenina ponorená pod hladinou a povaríme približne 5 minút. Potom dôkladne rozmixujeme tyčovým mixérom a ochutíme na záver muškátovým orieškom, kurkumou a trochou soli. Pokiaľ by bol krém príliš hustý môžeme zriediť trochou horúcej vody.
