Zelená šošovica je vážne skvelá! Má špecifickú tmavo zelenú farbu ale keď ju rozdelíte je žltá. Patrí medzi najchutnejšie a najzdravšie druhy šošovice, práve kvôli svojej lahodnej orieškovej chuti a určite vás prekvapí aj jej nekonečná variabilita.
Je drobnozrnná, nerozvarí sa a nenasiakne chuť dresingu, preto je ako stvorená k príprave šalátov.
Šošovicu si hodinu pred vložte do vody. Potom vodu vylejte a šošovicu uvarte v novej osolenej vode, podľa návodu na obale. Po uvarení zmiešajte šošovicu s tuniakom a jarnou cibuľkou. Dochuťte citrónovou šťavou, soľou a čiernym korením. Takto pripravený šalát sa hodí ako príloha k mäsu alebo k nemu pridajte kúsok kvalitného pečiva a vykúzlite tak výživnú večeru.
