Zeleninový vývar1 ml

Hovorí sa, že červená repa má blahodárne účinky na ľudské zdravie. Najmä pre ľudí, ktorí majú problémy s krvou. Hovorí sa aj to, že zlepšuje náladu. Tak si urobte aj vy svoju repovú a majte krajší deň!

Polievku môžete pripravovať z varenej alebo pečenej repy. My odporúčame repu upiecť, má tak lepšiu chuť.

 

 

 

Na 4 menšie porcie:

  • 5-6 kusov repy
  • 1 veľká cibuľa
  • maslo/olej na cibuľku
  • plnotučné mlieko – na zjemnenie
  • zeleninový vývar
  • majoránka
  • soľ a čierne korenie

 

Repu olúpte a nakrájajte na menšie kúsky- čím menšie, tým sa budú kratšie piecť. Repu upečte v rúre, pridajte k cibuľke, ktorú ste si osmažili na masle a všetko zalejte zeleninovým vývarom tak, aby bola zelenina ponorená.

 

Chvíľu povarte a potom všetko rozmixujte . Môžete pridať rastlinnú smotanu, kokosové mlieko alebo plnotučné mlieko na zjemnenie chuti.
