V arabskej kuchyni je cícer nenahraditeľnou potravinou v recepte na pikantnú nátierku. Ochutiť ju môžete podľa vlastnej chuti. Základom by ale mali byť čerstvé bylinky, kvalitný olej, cesnak, rasca, dohladka zmixovaný cícer a limetková alebo citrónová šťava.

Existuje veľké množstvo druhov humusu. Napríklad so sušenými paradajkami, olivami, mrkvou a podobne. Dnes si ukážeme starú dobrú klasiku – hráškový humus.

 

 

  1. Všetky uvedené ingrediencie rozmixujte dohladka.
  2. Ak bude zmes príliš hustá, zrieďte ju s pár lyžicami oleja alebo tahini pasty. Tahini pastu do humusu pridávajte od 1 pl a ďalej spoločne s olejom podľa požadovanej hustoty.
  3. Hummus okoreňte cesnakom, citrónovou šťavou, soľou a čiernym korením.
  4. Nátierka sa skvelo hodí k čerstvej nakrájanej zelenine, celozrnnému pečivu, tortillám alebo ako dressing do šalátov.
