Ingrediencie na 1 porciu

Mrkva1 kus
Cesnak1 strúčik

Olej olivový1 ml
Rajčiny cherry1 hrsť
Cibuľa červená0.5 kus
Paprika červená0.5 kus

Sirup ďatľový bio1 g
Soľ1 štipka
Čierne korenie1 štipka
Citrónová šťáva čerstvá5 g
Korenie kari5 štipok
Rajčinová šťava čerstvá100 ml

Na oleji speňte nakrájanú cibuľu a prisypte korenie na kari. Po chvíli pridajte nakrájané cukety, paradajky, papriky, mrkvy a zemiaky. Posypte ich ešte raz kari, prilejte vodu a nechajte cca 15 až 20 minút variť, kým všetko zmäkne.

 

Potom pridajte pasírované paradajky a dochuťte soľou, čiernym korením, lahôdkovým droždím a tiež trocha doslaďte. Sladiť odporúčame ďatľovým alebo iným sirupom.

 

Na záver ešte prelisujte 2-3 strúčiky cesnaku a pokvapkajte citrónovou šťavou. Pre zjemnenie pridajte lyžicu kokosového mlieka. Párkrát zmes pomixujte tyčovým mixérom aby sa dobre zahustila. Je pikantná, veľmi fresh a návyková. Odporúčame ju podávať s ryžou.

 

Tip ako variť ryžu.

Ryžu najprv osmažte na kokosovom oleji, potom zalejte vodou a varte spoločne s kardamonom (cca 5 kusov) pod pokrievkou do zmäknutia.
