Soľ1 štipka
Korenie paprika mletá1 štipka
Kapusta kyslá100 g
Fazule červené konzervované120 g
Pohánková kaša instantná5 g
Šunka sušená parmská50 g
Olej kokosový5 ml
Saturejka (korenie)1 štipka

Fazuľu si sceďte a opláchnite vlažnou vodou. Kapustu môžete podľa potreby opláchnuť a potom nakrájať. Šunku nakrájajte na malé kúsky.

 

Na panvici opečte šunku a najemno nakrájanú cibuľu. Zalejte vodou alebo vývarom, pridajte kapustu, fazuľu, korenie a soľ. Priveďte k varu a varte cca 10 minút. Za stáleho miešania do polievky prisypte pohankovú kašu na zahustenie a nakoniec odstavte.

 

Polievku odporúčame podávať s kúskom žitného pečiva a perfektne sa hodí aj stratené vajce.
