Cesnak1 strúčik
Olej olivový2 ml
Paprika červená1 kus
Paprika žltá1 kus
Tymián1 g
Soľ1 štipka
Čierne korenie1 štipka
Šunka parmská40 g
Ocot balzamikový10 g
Morský čert120 g

Papriku očistíme a nakrájame na kocky. Cesnak nasekáme na plátky. V panvici zohrejeme lyžičku oleja, pridáme papriku, cesnak, tymian, 2 lyžice vody a korenie. V čiastočne zakrytej panvici zmes dusíme za občasného miešania po dobu 20 minút. Medzitým si morského čerta okoreníme a zabalíme každý plátok do šunky. Na rozpálenej panvici opekáme filety 4 – 5 minút z každej strany, až je mäso prepečené dozlata. Do panvice s paprikovou zmesou pridáme balzamikový ocot a zvoľna ohrievame 5 minút. Rybie filety nakrájame na hrubšie plátky a podávame s dusenou paprikovou zmesou a zemiakovou kašou, alebo akokoľvek upravenými zemiakmi.
