Tofu je obľúbenou náhradou mäsa pre vegetariánov aj vegánov. Vyrába sa zo sóji a je možné ho pripraviť na rôzne chutné spôsoby.
Najprv si pripravte marinádu. Začnite tým, že do stredne veľkej misky nalejete olivový olej. Pridajte olúpanú a nadrobno nakrájanú cibuľu a prelisovaný cesnak. Potom pridajte bylinky a dochuťte korením a sójovou omáčkou.
Tofu nakrájajte na kocky a vložte ho do vzniknutej marinády. Premiešajte a nechajte v marináde pár hodín, najlepšie počas noci.
Na druhý deň tofu vyberte, nechajte odkvapkať od oleja a prudko opečte na rozpálenej panvici.
Ako príloha sa hodí v podstate čokoľvek. Chutné sú napríklad pečené zemiaky alebo jednoduchý zeleninový šalát.
