Baklažán0.5 kus
Chilli paprička1 kus
Soľ1 štipka

Limetková šťava čerstvá1 ml
Koriander vňať1 hrsť
Rímska rasca1 štipka

Vyskúšajte tento výborný šalát, ktorého základom je pečený baklažán a paradajky. Môžete ho pripraviť ako predkrm alebo aj ako prílohu a najlepšie za studena.

 

 

 

 

 

Ingrediencie pre 4 osoby:

  • 3 baklažány
  • 500 g lúpaných paradajok
  • limetka
  • 1 červená cibuľa
  • 2 až 3 strúčiky cesnaku
  • koriander
  • rasca
  • čierne olivy
  • cesnak
  • chilli
  • olivový olej
  • himalájska soľ
  • jogurt

 

 

Najprv si predhrejte rúru na 180 až 200 stupňov. Opláchnite baklažány, pozdĺžne ich nakrájajte a popichajte vidličkou. Rozrezané baklažány položte na plech vystaný papierom na pečenie a dajte piecť približne na 30 minút. Hotové baklažány spoznáte tak, že budú krásne mäkké.

 

Po upečení nechajte baklažány mierne vychladnúť a vidličkou vydlabte dužinu zo šupky. Dužinu nasekajte nožom alebo rozmixujte a dajte do misky. V miske ju pokvapkajte šťavou z limetky, aby nezhnedla.

 

Na olivovom oleji na panvici osmažte červenú cibuľku, pridajte olúpané paradajky a spoločne ohrejte. Ďalej pridajte zmes z baklažánu, prelisujte cesnak, pridajte koriandrovú vňať, rascu, šťavu z limetky, soľ a chilli.

 

Šalát je najlepšie podávať za studena, posypaný koriandrom, najemno nakrájanou cibuľkou, olivami a pokvapkaný olejom. Zaalouk môžete podávať so zapečeným pita chlebom, obľúbeným pečivom alebo ako náplň do tortilly.

 

Tip: Pred podávaním do šalátu ešte pridajte biely jogurt, ktorý príjemne zjemní chuť celého pokrmu.
