Kuracie mäso si umyjeme, naklepeme a osolíme. Vložíme na rozpálenú panvicu s olejom. Opečieme z oboch strán. Možno použiť na ochutenie bylinky. Uvaríme zemiaky, ktoré zmixujeme alebo pomliaždime. Tekvicu olúpeme, nakrájame ju na menšie kúsky a uvaríme vo vode do zmäknutia, potom ju vložíme do kaše a opäť mixujeme.
