Mleté mäso v mise ochutíme a poriadne premiešame. Vytvarujeme do tvaru guľôčok asi o veľkosti golfovej loptičky. Predhrejeme rúru na 180 °C a mäsové gule pečieme na papieri pokvapkané repkovým olejom po dobu 15 – 20 minút. Špargľu povaríme vo vriacej osolenej vode cca 5 – 8 minút podľa hrúbky špargle.
