Orechy vlašské0.5 hrsť
Cuketa0.25 kus
Soľ1 štipka
Ocot3 ml
Mlieko kokosové15 ml
Kypriaci prášok do pečiva1 g
Olej kokosový10 ml
Múka špaldová60 g
Cukor hnedý trstinový15 g
Perníkové korenie1 štipka

Sladké chlebíčky sú veľmi obľúbenými a výdatnými raňajkami alebo desiatou. Vyskúšajte tento lahodný dezert z cukety!

 

Najprv si pripravte cuketu. Očistite ju, prípadne olúpte a nastrúhajte na hrubom strúhadle. Prebytočnú vodu, ktorú cuketa pustí odlejte.

 

Potom odmerajte mlieko a vlejte doň trocha octu (môžete použiť aj jablčný). Nechajte chvíľu odstáť pri izbovej teplote a potom prilejte kokosový olej a pridajte cukor. Nakoniec do tekutej zmesi vmiešajte aj cuketu a nahrubo nasekané vlašské orechy.

 

Zmiešajte všetky sypké suroviny a potom do sypkej zmesi postupne pridávajte tekutú cuketovú časť.

 

Dobre premiešané cesto vylejte do vopred pripravenej formy na chlieb vyloženej papierom na pečenie a dajte piecť na 1 hodinu pri 180°C.

 

Upečený chlieb nechajte vychladnúť a môžete podávať.

Tip: Na netradičný dezert sa dá využiť aj quinoa, ktorá je navyše bezlepková a výborne sa hodí s ovocím ako quinoa na sladko.
