Cícer je nutrične bohatá, chutná a zároveň lacná surovina, z ktorej je možné uvariť skvelý obed pre celú rodinu. Cícer sa používa aj ako prevencia proti civilizačným ochoreniam, udržuje jemnú a pevnú pokožku a je výborným zdrojom rastlinných bielkovín.

 

Cícer, cibuľu a cesnak rozmixujte dohladka v mixéri, dochuťte korením a pridajte čerstvé nasekané bylinky. Zmes následne zmiešajte s pohánkovou múkou. Vytvarujte karbonátky a na oleji opečte dohneda, prípadne môžete karbonátky upiecť v rúre.

 

Na tanieri ozdobte karbonátky jogurtovým dipom (jogurt, čierne korenie, soľ, citrónová šťava a kurkuma) a čerstvou zeleninou. Podávajte s pita chlebom, pečivom podľa vlastnej chuti alebo napríklad varenými zemiakmi či kašou.
