V arabskej kuchyni je cícer nenahraditeľnou potravinou v recepte na pikantnú nátierku. Ochutiť ju môžete podľa vlastnej chuti. Základom by ale mali byť čerstvé bylinky, kvalitný olej, cesnak, rasca, dohladka zmixovaný cícer a limetková alebo citrónová šťava.

Existuje veľké množstvo druhov humusu. Napríklad so sušenými paradajkami, olivami, mrkvou a podobne. Dnes si ukážeme starú dobrú klasiku – humus natural s chrenom.

 

 

  1. Uvarený cícer zlejte (môžete použiť aj cícer z konzervy). Šalotku očistite a nakrájajte na menšie kúsky.
  2. Všetky ingrediencie dajte do mixéra a mixujte do hladka. Olej a tahini pastu pridajte tak, aby ste dosiahli požadovanú hustotu humusu.
  3. Hotovú nátierku podávajte s nastrúhaným chrenom, celozrnným pečivom alebo čerstvou zeleninou.
